2024 Club Membership - New Clubs

The following form is for clubs who were not members with Australian Taekwondo in 2023 and wish to become members in 2024.
Upon completion of this form, new clubs will receive an automatic email which contains a membership check-list that outlines all required steps. The next steps are also outlined at the bottom of this form.

- Clubs agree to adhere to the AUSTKD Code of Conduct
- Clubs agree to adhere to all applicable AUSTKD Policies and Procedures

To become a member club with Australian Taekwondo you must hold at least a 1st Dan Kukkiwon Certificate. You will need to nominate a Head Instructor for your club who holds a 4th Dan or higher Kukkiwon Certificate.

What happens now?

Please read the below information carefully.
1. Submit this form and complete your 2024 Club Membership Payment.
2. Your club will then receive a check-list email with an outline of the key steps.
3. Australian Taekwondo will create your membership portal (revolutionise sport) and provide an onboarding session for your club.
4. Once you have access to your new membership portal, in addition to the membership documents uploaded on your membership form (WWC/Kukkiwon/First Aid) you will upload the following compulsory documents in your portal.
  1. Proof of Business Operations
  2. Sports Integrity Australia Courses
  3. Club Member Protection Policy
  4. Club Code of Conduct
5. Please click here to access a check-list which includes key links and templates for the above documents.
6. If documents are missing or expired, clubs will be notified to revisit their portal to ensure all documents are current and updated.
7. If all documents are current and updated, clubs will receive their 2024 Certificate of Currency and official confirmation email of their 2024 club membership. Please note 2024 Certificate of Currencies are available from December 15th.
An automatic email will also be sent to your club with an outline of the next steps for Club Membership, please enter the email address you would like this sent to (please check other/junk folders for this email)*

You will now be automatically redirected to an Australian Taekwondo webpage to complete your 2024 Club Membership payment. Please note that this form is not submitted to Australian Taekwondo until payment has been completed.
