2024 Club Membership - Renewal

The following form is for clubs who were members with Australian Taekwondo in 2023 and wish to renew their membership for 2024.
Upon completion of this form, renewing clubs will receive an automatic email which contains an a membership check-list that outlines all required steps. The next steps are also outlined at the bottom of this form.

By completing this form you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:
- Clubs agree to adhere to the AUSTKD Code of Conduct
- Clubs agree to adhere to all applicable AUSTKD Policies and Procedures

What happens now?

Please read the below information carefully.
1. Log into your Admin Club Rev Sport portal, click account, account details and then scroll down to ensure that your membership documents are current and updated. We encourage clubs to commence this process as early as possible to avoid any delays. These compulsory documents include:
  1. First Aid
  2. Working with Children
  3. Proof of Business Operations
  4. Kukkiwon Certification
  5. Sports Integrity Australia Courses (valid for two years)
  6. Club Member Protection Policy
  7. Club Code of Conduct
2. Please click here to access the check-list which includes links and templates for the above documents.
3. If all documents are current and updated, clubs will receive their 2024 Certificate of Currency and official confirmation email from December 15th 2023.
4. If all documents are not current and updated, clubs will be notified to update their documents and will not be insured, receive their 2024 Certificate of Currency and official confirmation email until the documents have been approved.
An automatic email will also be sent to your club with an outline of the next steps for Club Membership, please enter the email address you would like this sent to (please check other/junk folders for this email)*
