- I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2024 North Austin Food and Artisan Market at my own risk and hereby release North Austin Food and Artisan Market, Jennifer Kloss, Penny V Productions, or the Washington Prime Group from any liability arising from this event or the use of WPG premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of WPG premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the rules and regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined on the North Austin Food and Artisan Market website.
- In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking only. Parking information will be provided prior to market.
- The vendor understands there are NO REFUNDS if they cancel or no show. Once their participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. ***If North Austin Food and Artisan Market cancels for any reason, and the vendor has made a payment, they will move that payment to the next week the vendor is scheduled or credit them for a future market.
I understand and agree to the above rules and policies of the North Austin Food and Artisan Market. I also understand that upon approval, proof of my necessary permits/licenses will be required.*
