    Conditions of Use

    1. All coordination of the event is the responsibility of the function host. This includes granting access for deliveries through the car park and goods lift.
    2. No glass is permitted outside the function room. Food and beverage can be consumed outside using plastic crockery and glassware only.
    3. There is strictly no smoking in any area of Level 39.
    4. No items are to be held or thrown over the balcony. If any items are found to be thrown over by security, the function will be shut down and police will be notified.
    5. All music is to be switched off at 10.30pm and functions to cease by 11pm.
    6. Function guests are not authorized to utilize any facilities including the pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam room and are not to disrupt any residents using these facilities.
    7. The function host acknowledges use of the facilities and its associated amenities, including kitchenette, air conditioning, bathrooms etc are in their current condition and operational set up. Should an operative issue with facilities occur during the time of private function set up or during event, any afterhours call out fees are the responsibility of the function host.
    8. The function host is fully responsible for any and all additional costs that may be incurred due to damage to the building or the behaviour of their invitees and guests if any part of the building is damaged and costs will be deducted from the security deposit paid.

     

    Events with more than 20 attendees

    1. The Riparian Body Corporate will require payment of a $3,000 security deposit prior to confirmation of the booking.
    2. One Wilsons security Guard (booked and confirmed by the Residential Manager) is required to be present at all times during the event when utilizing recreational facilities on Level 39. An additional security guard for each 30 guests over the initial 20 guests is required. An additional 2 security guards are required if utilizing the balcony during your function for pool safety compliance. Guards must be stationed before either end of the pool at all times when the function room balcony door is open. The costs for the provision of these security requirements will be deducted from the security deposit paid.
    3. A maximum limit of 150 guests is permitted per function.
    4. An additional function concierge must also be stationed in the lobby throughout the function to provide access and monitor guests entering and leaving. The costs of this function concierge will be deducted from the security deposit paid.
