    We are excited that you are applying for a position at Kairo Kids Childcare! This letter outlines the steps that Kairo Kids applicants take in order to work with the children and families at KKC.

    Our top priority is to provide childcare services with the highest levels of parent satisfaction; as we share the love of learning  with their children in a structured, safe and secure environment.

    STEP 1: Fill out the following online application and hit submit.

    STEP 2: Applicants will be called for an interview only if their qualifications/skill set is deemed a good fit for our opened positions.

    STEP 3: We place great value on safety at Kairo Kids. Due to this value, we require all team members to undergo two parts of training.  The first part is online training including but not exclusive to: Childcare Overview, Child Abuse Awareness, Communicable Disease, Child CPR/ First Aid. In order to maintain a level of excellence in the care that we provide, second part of training is specific to the role the team member will be placed as on the job training.

    Members of our staff, including employees and volunteers, will of necessity have access to this facility’s confidential information during the course of their work for this facility. Confidential information comprises any information obtained as a result of work for this facility orally or by any other communication medium including, but not limited to, social media, documents, electronic files, web pages, or email messages. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, names of children attending this facility at any time, names of their family members (including care givers, emergency contacts, individuals authorized to pick up child), family member contact information, information provided in registration forms, and information provided in communications with family members. Confidential information also includes information about the facility, employees, volunteers, and other members of the facility community.
    Confidential information does not include any information that:

    ● becomes  as authorized/verified by KKC:publicly known, as by a public use or by publication, or otherwise ceases to be confidential, except through a breach of this policy by the staff member;

    ● is designated by the facility as not confidential

     
    Staff are authorized to use and disclose confidential information exclusively for performance of their duties for the facility. Staff members shall not use any smart device(phone, camera, tablet, any social media, video, photos) or disclose confidential information for any other purpose outside of the center or its internal communication systems. Any other intentional use or disclosure of confidential information shall constitute a breach of the staff member's work agreement and shall be sufficient cause for immediate termination of staff member's work for the facility and legal action against the staff member.


    Upon termination or Voluntary Leave of work from the facility, former staff members shall not:

    ● retain any electronic or physical copies of confidential information

    ● disclose any confidential information in perpetuity

    ● initiate communication with children attending this facility or their family members at any time. Former staff members may engage in communication with such individuals if such individuals initiate the communication.

  • Kairo Kids Childcare Inc. is an “AT-WILL” employer.  The “AT-WILL” employment relationship affords the employee the right to resign for any reason.  Likewise, the employer may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.  The “AT-WILL” employment relationship may not be altered by any written document or by verbal agreement, unless such alteration is specifically acknowledged in writing and signed by an authorized executive of Kairo Kids Childcare Inc.
