• Annual Troop Report

    Due by January 30
  • ***Please refer to the current DSA membership list posted on the DSA website to determine your troop members. Only those listed as affiliated with your troop should be included in your report.***

If you have more activity participants than are listed on the membership list, please ask them to commit to our mission and vision and join Dog Scouts of America.  On-going participation in troop activities is a privilege of DSA membership.

If you have active participants who are DSA members but not listed as a member of your troop, ask them to email their troop affiliation to membershipchairdsa@gmail.com.

**NOTE/REMINDER: While four entries are listed for each month, only one activity is required per quarter for your troop to be considered active. If no activities are held in the month, select "none" in the first column.
  • For each entry, select a category based on the activity's main focus (i.e. at least 45 minutes was devoted to this activity):

Active Training Session - handlers practiced and trained dogs on badge-related skills using positive training methods. (Excludes passive learning and confidence building inherent in dog-inclusive social activities)

Education/Knowledge Sharing Presentation- a dog-related/responsible pet parenting topic was presented that did not include handlers actively training their dogs.

Troop-Organized Community Service - e.g. bell ringing, food drive, fundraising (either community or DSA), therapy visit, DSA promotion/education (event booth, parade, presentation, etc.).

Dog-Inclusive Social - e.g. hike/pack walk, geocaching, letterboxing, biking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, member get-together at restaurant, picnic, party/game, movie night, etc.
