Please note: Claims will be processed within 5 working days and apply to non-discounted flights purchased via www.flysafair.co.za only, provided the benefit terms are adhered to. The cashback amount will be calculated off the “Air Fare” & airport taxes (“SACAA Passenger Safety” & “ACSA Passenger Service fees”). A R95 admin fee will apply per booking regardless of the amount of tickets purchased. This amount will be deducted off the cashback amount refunded.
