1. Not needed if using only bottled water
2. Required whenever the dental chair includes a cuspidor. The cuspidor and cup fill are supplied by city water, which is designed to prevent the water bottle from depleting too quickly.

1. Only necessary Vanguard and Vanguard Smarts with cuspidors.
2. Office MUST have a drain connection. If not, a Vacuum Drain Kit needs to be purchased. This allows water from the cuspidor to safety go through the vacuum.

If the office is not equipped with the necessary items for installation, delivery and installation will be paused. A daily storage fee of $500 and a daily labor fee of $500 will apply.

1. Photos of each hallway and pathway the chair will travel to the installation location are required.
2. Photos of each junction box connection are required.
3. If stairs are present, an additional fee of $1,000 will be added to your invoice.

Store chairs up to 72 hours prior to installation. Chairs must be stored in a secure, dry area. Each chair crate is 67"L x 29"W x 65"H.

We would like to note that installation may take up to one day per chair, with an additional day for any incidental services. While it is not necessary to close your office, the operatory must be available to us during this time.

If doors do not meet 67"L x 29"W x 65"H requirements you are subject to additional fees.

Verify that all connections inside junction box are within 10" x 8".

Verify that the distance is at least 21" from center of junction box to the wall.
