Your order will be processed within 24 hrs once your payment has been confirmed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Shipping via LBC Express on Fridays. Last day of ship out is on August 28, Friday.
- J&T Express may also be used (for cheaper rates than LBC) in case your order contains items larger than 6".
- Please expect your package to arrive within at least 1-3 days after their pick-up schedule. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.
- Same-day delivery can be arranged. Just indicate it in the Additional Notes section. Pickups from Parañaque City after 2PM and before 7PM only. It will be booked and paid for by the customer. (Same-day delivery is advisable if your order includes an A3 poster size print.)
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
- All sales are final. Strictly no returns/exchanges once your order has been processed and sent to the courier.
- In case of incomplete orders, you may request a refund of the missing item from your order. Please provide an unpacking video and send your request to zellene.shop@gmail.com.
