Your order will be processed within 24-48 hrs once your payment has been confirmed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Shipping via LBC Express on Tuesdays & Fridays.
- Please expect your package to arrive within at least 2-3 days after their pick-up schedule. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.
- Same-day delivery can be arranged. Just indicate it in the additional notes section. Pickups from Parañaque after 2PM. It will be booked and paid for by the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
- All sales are final. Strictly no returns/exchanges once your order has been processed and sent to the courier.
- In case of incomplete orders, you may request a refund of the missing item from your order. Please provide an unpacking video and send your request to zellene.shop@gmail.com.
