Vendors Wanted! To participate, all vendors must complete the application and pay the Vendor Booth Rental Fee.

WHAT: Christmas Tree Lighting
NEW EVENT DATE: Tuesday, December 5, 2023
Event time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: Balch Springs Veterans Memorial Park/Civic Center located at 12400 Elam Road
Vendor non-food: $25 per 10 x 10 space
*Prepackaged food: $25 per 10'x10' space. Must have proper packaging and labeling per the Cottage Food Production Operations rules. Must have Food Handlers certificate.
Food vendor / Mobile food vendor: Must have Dallas County inspection/permits and City of Balch Springs mobile registration. Please call L. Highwood for fee schedule and pricing (972-528-6044).
Vendors must provide their own electricity.
Every effort will be made to not duplicate vendors selling the same item(s).
Vendors may begin setting up at 3:00pm with set up completion by 5:30pm.
