The Ottawa Seniors' Pride Network (OSPN) has provided a range of social and health-related programs and activities to 2SLGBTQ+ seniors in the Ottawa area for fifteen years. We want to enhance our effectiveness by reaching out to you, our community, to better understand what you need and seek in the coming years. Please help us by completing this survey, which will take approximately fifteen minutes of your time. It will provide us with critical demographic and health information, along with your programming preferences. It also gives you an opportunity to provide us with narrative comments. Our findings will be available to you in a consultant report, which will be available in the spring of 2024.

No personal information will be part of any report. Anything you share during this survey and its follow-ups will remain strictly private and respondents are not identified by name. The e-mail lists of OSPN are used only by OSPN, and never divulged or loaned to other organizations.
