Lonnie R. Buckels Presidential Award Criteria

This award was established in 1998 to recognize extraordinary or unique contributions made to the Society or industrial security by an individual or organization. Following the death of NCMS President Lonnie R. Buckels, this award was subsequently renamed in his honor in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Society and his superior leadership.

A minimum of four of the following evaluation criteria must be completed for a nominee to be considered for this award. Each completed criterion must reflect a separate and distinct contribution, not overlapping with any of the other completed criterion. Provide the effective dates and substantive details which will help document the significance of each contribution. Limit the descriptive narrative to a maximum of 300 words per completed criterion. The selected nominee is recommended by the NCMS Awards Committee to the NCMS Board of Directors for consideration.
