By submitting payment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final – No Returns, No Refunds
All purchases made through Integrity Sales & Auction are final. No returns, refunds, chargebacks, or credit card disputes will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the item, buyer’s remorse, or failure to inspect the item prior to purchase.
2. Buyer’s Responsibility to Pick Up Within 30 Days
The Buyer understands and agrees that all items must be picked up within thirty (30) calendar days from the closing date of the auction in which the Buyer won the item.
If the Buyer fails to pick up the item within the 30-day period, the item is considered abandoned.
Abandoned items may be disposed of, resold, or otherwise handled at the sole discretion of Integrity Sales & Auction.
No refund, credit, chargeback, or reimbursement of any kind will be issued for abandoned items.
3. Authorization of Credit Card Charges
By entering payment information, the Buyer authorizes Integrity Sales & Auction to charge the full purchase amount, including buyer’s fees, taxes, and any applicable storage or late-pickup fees.
The Buyer further agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered by these terms.
4. Condition of Items
All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS,” without warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or implied.
The Buyer agrees they have had the opportunity to inspect the item or obtain additional information prior to bidding.
5. Acknowledgment of Binding Agreement
By completing this transaction, the Buyer confirms that they:
Have read and agree to all auction terms and conditions,
Understand that no returns or refunds are permitted,
Understand that failure to pick up within 30 days results in forfeiture of the item with no compensation,
Accept full responsibility for all charges processed to their credit card.
