Warranty Claim Form

All warranty claims will be reviewed by our warranty department and you should receive communication within 2-3 business days from receipt of your claim.
1. Only one claim per submission will be processed.

2. Proof of the claim such as pictures or diagnose and serial number are mandatory for us to evaluate.

3. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.

4. It is mandatory to submit a picture of refrigerant pressure and voltage.

5. Traiden is not responsible for any labor costs or AC technitian visits fees.

6. A statement with the unit diagnosis from a licensed HVAC Technician may be required.
