2. Proof of the claim such as pictures or diagnose and serial number are mandatory for us to evaluate.
3. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.
4. It is mandatory to submit a picture of refrigerant pressure and voltage.
5. Traiden is not responsible for any labor costs or AC technitian visits fees.
