Thank you for your interest in adopting from Save Underdogs! Please understand that we are trying to find the absolute BEST home for each of our dogs. Completion of the application does not guarantee an adoption approval. Providing False information will result in the forfeiture of adoption fees and any animal(s) adopted. Our only objective is to match the right dog to the right home and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Please answer each question truthfully!
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 or older to adopt one of our lovable dogs!

We are looking for responsible pet owners. You need to have your current pet(s) up to date on vaccines, on heartworm prevention & spayed/neutered. We will be giving your regular vet a call to confirm all these things have been done.

We prefer homes who have fenced in yards, but we also go by the specific dogs needs.
