THESE ARE ONLY SOME OF THE DETAILS FOR BOOKING! THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT! CONTRACT WILL BE RECEIVED WITH BOOKING INVOICE.

We will contact you a day before the event to schedule a proper time for set up. Carts for 50-100 guest is 1 hour service only and 150 or more is a 2 hour service if in need of an extra hour a $100 fee will be applied. A $25 Travel Fee will be applied for westside,northeast, canutillo, socorro, Central events . $30 Travel Fee for Fabens, San Elizario, Anthony, and Tornillo events. All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid on the day scheduled. $100 fee will be charged if we have to stay an extra hour due to event schedule changes. We are Not responsible for any damages or guests getting burned or getting an allergic reaction to any of our products. A late payment fee may be applied if not paid on time. If event is canceled please let us know a week in advance. We want your event to be magical and perfect so let us know of any little details you would like.
