$50 Indoor 6ft.space - one table & two chairs provided.$100. Indoor 9ft.X9ft. space - two tables & 2-4 chairs provided.•$75. Outdoor Food Truck/Trailer.$75. Outdoor 10ft.X10ft spaces. Must bring your own tables, chairs etc.
No Electricity is available to vendors.

Food Vendors will need to apply for a City of Fort Worth food permit, the permit fee is $50. Cottage Law vendors are not required to have a City permit. If you have any questions about the permit, call the City of Fort Worth Health Department.

Here are the requirements to be considered to participate in this event.

1) All food & merchandise items must be completely vegan with no cross contamination with any animal products or cooking equipment.

No meats, stock, broth, fats, or lard from any type of animal.
No dairy, milk, cheese, butter, eggs, or whey from any type of animal..
No gelatin or honey
No leather, suede, silk, wool, feathers, bones or shells from any type of animal.

If providing any services that will touch the skin/body all of these products must also be vegan.

Thank you for applying and your interest in this event. We will get back to you shortly. If your application is accepted, you will receive a link and passcode to fill out the registration. Once the registration is submitted, your payment is due. The first vendors, to register and pay their fee, secure their space. We like to have a variety of vendors but not too many with duplicate products. So please register as soon as possible.
