By typing your first and last name at the bottom of the page, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms

● I understand that the pricing estimate given on this form may not be accurate (due to contact person) and the invoice I will recieve shortly (1-4 business days and after a member of the Balloon Festoons team has reached out for vision understanding and confirmation) after submitting this form will have a more accurate representation of pricing.

● A $100 non-refundable deposit is required (unless total amount due is less than $100) to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until your deposit has been paid.

● An additional $20 fee will be charged for projects booked less than 5 days in advance of set up time.

● You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 of your total proposal, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to your installation time of event. If we do not receive final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your event installation without set up or refund.

● If you must cancel your event install, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times and then forfeited.

● Preparing your balloons starts several days before your event; if you need to cancel your event within 48 hours of the date, you may be subject to additional material costs (like new balloon colors etc.) if you wish to reschedule.

● If you choose to pay with a bank transfer, please note that bank transfers take 7-8 business days to settle. As such, we require all bank transfer final payments to be initiated at least 2 weeks prior to your event install. This is to ensure that your payment has settled by the scheduled final payment due date (48 hours prior to your event).

● We cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons once they have been picked up or delivered. All balloon sales are final.

● The weather gets extremely hot in Oklahoma from May through September. Heat and balloons do not mix. During these months we will not offer outdoor installations unless the setup location is completely shaded for the entirety of both our setup time and the event itself. This is to ensure both our team's safety and to protect your investment in our design work. A $40 safety fee will be added to any outdoor events during these months, even in the case of full shade. If we arrive for setup and the installation location is not fully shaded, we will work with you to find a new location for your design. However, if we are unable to agree on a new shaded location, we reserve the right to cancel your setup with no refund.

● If temperatures are forecasted to be above 90 degrees on the day of your event, regardless of time of year, client will be required to offer a fully-shaded location for the setup if it is outdoors. If we arrive for setup and the installation location is not fully shaded, we will work with you to find a new location for your design. However, if we are unable to agree to a new shaded location, we reserve the right to cancel your setup with no refund.

● Exclusivity Clause - The Client agrees that, during the term of this agreement and for this specific event, they will not engage the services of any direct competitors in the field of balloon styling for the same event or purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals or entities offering similar creative and custom balloon styling services. The Client acknowledges that this exclusivity clause is essential to protect the unique creative elements and concepts provided by Balloon Festoons of Altus. Any breach of this clause may result in additional fees or termination of the agreement at the discretion of Balloon Festoons of Altus.

Backdrop and Prop Rentals

● All backdrops, floral pieces, and props are available for rent only, and will be picked up by Balloon Festoons of Altus after your event at a predetermined date and time.

● Rental props and backdrops are quality-checked before your event, and are expected to be returned in the condition they were initially rented to you. You will be liable for any damage or missing items with pricing ranging from $100-$300 per item depending on it’s size and original purchased pricing by company.

● Backdrops are heavy and easy to break if not transported correctly. As a result, clients are not approved to move or relocate backdrops in any way once your installation is complete. Please ensure you know exactly where you want the final location of your setup to be prior to Balloon Festoons of Altus arriving.

Balloon Care and Warnings

● Balloons are fragile, and should be handled with care. Please keep little hands away from your balloon installation as they can be a choking hazard for children and pets.

● If you or anyone at your event has a latex allergy, please let Balloon Festoons of Altus know prior to paying your deposit. Unfortunately, Balloon Festoons of Altus will not be able to complete your project if any latex allergies are known. Balloon Festoons of Altus is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur without prior knowledge of the allergy.

● Balloons should be kept away from sharp objects, extreme heat, and extreme cold.

● In the heat, balloons will expand, and in cold balloons will shrink. As such, this may result in popping over time. This is normal and to be expected, but balloons are happiest at a nice room temperature!

● Balloons go through a natural oxidation process when outdoors - clear balloons will begin to look cloudy and colored balloons will take on a velvety-matte look. As such, outdoor balloons in the shade have a life expectancy of 1 day. Indoor balloons have a life expectancy of 4+ weeks.

Balloons are yours to keep unless you would like us to take when we return for rental items. We will gladly do this without additional cost to you.
