Sweet Balloon is not responsible for any possible damage done to any custom made desserts after the item(s) have left our possession.
A 50% deposit of the total cost and signature of the terms and conditions form is required to complete booking.
Remaing fee is due 1 week before scheduled pickup date or your order won't be completed.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but can transferable if the booking is cancelled before 2 weeks of the original pickup date.
I acknowledge there is a field in the inquiry form to enter any possible allergies.
If you would like to change any details of your booking, please call/text at least 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup date.
Dark and/or pigmented colors may stain temporarily. Order at your own discretion.
Cakes and cupcakes are delivered or picked up cold. No refunds will be given if a cold cake is served.
Please be advised that boba straws and wooden dowels may be used to keep cakes leveled and secure. It is not recommended to smash any objects into the cakes unless a smash cake is purchased or it has been requested that the support rods are not used (doesn't apply to sheet cakes, 1 tier vintage heart cakes, or 1 tier round cakes less than or equal to 6" in diameter).
Inspiration photos can be submitted for reference but may not be mimicked 100%. Sweet Balloon will use its best artistic judgment to ensure the product looks good.
Any issues with the purchased product must be discussed at time of pickup.
A rush fee may be applied if order is booked within 1 week of requested pickup date. Rush fee total depends on size of order. Minimum fee is $25.
