Welcome to the Prancing Panthers Majorettes team registration for the 25/2026 year. The annual registration fee will be $20 unless otherwise specified per dancer. $60 per month for all ages.

Fees for this will be:

$60 per month (uniform cost isn't included in the monthly fee).

REQUIRED POLICIES
Dancers & Parents are not allowed to showcase routines taught for the purpose of use by the Prancing Panthers to any unenrolled persons. The Prancing Panthers Majorettes organization reserves the right to remove anyone from the company that does so. Please do not record classes. Please do not post your classes on social media. Parents please note, if your dancer is removed from the class because of the privacy policy being broken, no refund on any fees paid will be given.
Code of Conduct: Please reiterate to your dancer that they are under contract, and the rules set for the Prancing Panthers will apply all year long as long as we're in season. Any dancer that breaks any rule is subject to be sent home. Dancers can also be removed from the team at the discretion of the coaching staff. Parents, please remember these practices are like a training camp and not a daycare. Your dancer will be held responsible for having all of her items each and every day. If at any time they are missing any of the proper attire they will be sent home. Creating a disciplined and responsible organization is our main goal and priority. Please be aware bullying, negative conversation or disrespect toward any other dancer, staff or member will not be tolerated at any time. Any dancer that participates in this activity will be removed from the team immediately with no resign. This is extended to on school campus activities. If your dancer has any disciplinary actions taken against them at school for ANY reason, they will not be allowed to practice. If your dancer receives a second on campus disciplinary action they will be removed from the team. Grades will be checked at the end of each semester, if your dancer is failing, they will not be allowed to perform until your child receives a 2.5 GPA or above.
Late Fee Policy: For each month, The Prancing Panthers tuition is due at the 1st-5th. After the 10th a $20 late fee will be charged to your account. If tuition isn't paid by the 15th, your student will not be granted access into the class. Please make sure you pay your tuition on time!
Registration Fee: I understand that a $20 registration fee will be applied to my account if this is my first time registering to be a part of the Prancing Panthers...Unless otherwise specified.
Disciplinary Policy: Each student will be given 2 warnings about disruptive behavior before a write up will be issued. Inappropriate/disruptive behavior can consist of physical and or verbal violence to staff/dancers, cursing, being disrespectful etc. On the 3rd write up, the dancer will be removed from the dance program. Write-ups/verbal warnings can be given without warning depending on the serious nature of the incident. Negative behavior will not be tolerated from any dancer. This is extended to on school campus activities. If your dancer has any disciplinary actions taken against them at school for ANY reason, they will not be allowed to practice. Class Requirements (please type I've read class requirements and agree)
It's imperative that dancers learn early the importance of being prepared for all dance activities. In the professional dance world no excuses will be allowed and at Coach Nancy practices, performances etc we follow the same principal. Parents please have your dancer prepared for each class meeting. Each instructor will explain what will be needed for each session. Class attire is a plain blue T-shirt, black bottoms. During any performance, students must cover all tattoos.

PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN COMPLETING THIS FORM.

Registration payments will be due upon confirmation of your childs enrollment. All other monthly payments are due the first day of practice.
