Booking and Payment
All sessions at Crossover Studios may only be booked through the official booking form, found on any of the official Crossover Studios social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). Crossover Studios does not accept walk-ins.
Once the booking form is submitted and the payment is validated, a confirmation email including an invoice will be sent to the customer.
Full payment is required at the time of each booking. This may be refunded according to the Crossover Studios cancellation policy. Moreover, Crossover Studios will only accept payments made through GCash and BDO Bank Transfer. Payments on site are not allowed.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
ONLY CLIENTS WHO SCHEDULED THEIR SESSIONS MORE THAN 3 DAYS (72 hours) IN ADVANCE MAY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.
Cancellations made no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the confirmed appointment are acceptable and will be refunded. However, the total amount refunded will be only 70% of the total payment made upon booking through the e-wallet application, GCash.
No-shows, or cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Should a client be late, we will wait for them up to a maximum of 10 minutes. Clients who arrive later than 10 minutes after the start time of their scheduled session will not be accommodated and will not receive a refund. As such, it is recommended that you come in 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled session, and wait in our reception area.

Studio Rules and Regulations
Smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, and pets that are not scheduled for a session are not allowed in the studio. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the reception area, but not in the shoot area. Any stains, or damages to equipment and studio property created by the client as a result of spillage of food and beverages will result in the client shouldering any costs that need to be made for replacement or repair.
When in the studio, please DO NOT touch or move any of the equipment. Should adjustments need to be made, studio staff will happily assist.
Crossover Studios is not responsible for any loss of or damage to customers' personal belongings during their visit. Customers are responsible for their own equipment, props, and property. Any damage to studio equipment due to misuse will be billed to the customer.

Location and Parking
We are specifically located at 34 Wilson Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
You may park your car in the compound where our building is located, on a first-come, first-served basis. There are usually parking spaces available, however we would like to note that parking is limited. If no parking space is available, it is recommended that you park in Greenhills (specifically O-Square) and make your way to the studio on foot.
By booking a session with Crossover Studios, you acknowledge that a parking space may not be available during your session, and you are willing to park at nearby locations and make your way to the studio by any means of your choosing.
For validation purposes, please bring a valid ID with a visible signature, and kindly present it to the studio staff at the counter.
Please note that there is no dressing room/preparation area within the studio. As such, it is recommended that clients come in fully prepared, and ready to begin their sessions as soon as they enter the premises.
