STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING:

As a registered City Director, you fully understand that all pageants/crownings are at your discretion and that all guidelines that are outlined in the forthcoming Local Directorship Guide must be adhered to to remain an active participant in the Miss Juneteenth USA pipeline. All local directors must make a considerable effort to attend the bi-monthly meetings to ensure a smooth Cycle year and that you will be actively engaged in support of the Miss Juneteenth Virginia initiatives and events. You further understand that all Pageants, Crownings, or Appointments must be COMPLETED by FEB 28, 2026 to participate in the 2026 Miss Juneteenth Virginia Statewide Pageant and that you further understan that should you drop from the City Directorship pipeline, all fees transfer over to a donation towards the Scholarship Fund. No Payment is required to apply.

No payment is due today. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, an Invoice will be sent to your email account to finalize the City Directorship Process. Payments are processed through Square Inoices/CashApp. You may pay using any major credit card / debit card or the CashApp option to complete your payment. All Directorship fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
