A non refundable deposit of 50% of your service is required to book/hold any appointment. This amount will go towards your service at the end of your appointment.

It is required to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so can result in a cancellation fee.

If you are charged with a cancellation fee (50% of your scheduled service) it is required to be sent. If not paid, you will not be booked for future appointments.

If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to choose a solid color. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule.
