Have you ever owned a dog or been raised with dogs?

Please describe in a typical day, the amount of time (hours) you will and will not be at home due to work, commitments, or activities and what you would do with your pup during that time.(Mudi requires a great amount of daily mental and physical movements. Puppies should not be left unsuperwised, unless crated or in a secure area, left at home alone for long hours until they get older or crated for long period of time. Mudi is like velcro, they love to be with their owners, but as long as they have jobs to do they do well being alone and independent)
In order to match you with the right puppy, please describe what you are looking for, what is your lifestyle; such as activates, travel, exercise, hobbies, etc. Will you show your dog, or take part in Club Sport competitions or just need an active family dog? ( color pick is not guaranteed, if your lifestyle does not match the puppy's personality/temperament. I breed for health and for the purpose of the dog}
Are you planning on breeding with this dog in the future? {No breeding is allowed unless it states in the contract. Our kennel also offers limited guardian or co-own possibilities.}
Where did you hear about my kennel?
Are you familiar with the mudi breed? Did you read the About the Mudi on the kennel pahe or on the Mudi club page, or AKC page? Mudi is not a breed for all! They are working dogs. Active lifestyle is needed for most of our dogs. They will act out and become vocal when left alone for a long time or crated. Do you know or did you do research about their needs? {What they are bred from, for, used for originally, where they come from}Will you need more information? Please explain.

Does any family member have allergies to animals? Mudi does shed, they have a double coat and seasonal shedding.
Is everyone in the household in agreement to adding a new pet to the family at this time?
What is your occupation/source of income? Taking care of a dog is not cheap. Want to make sure you will be able to give the care the puppy needs.
What is your home type? If you rent you might need a permit from the Landlord!)
How will you pick up your puppy?
Do you have direct access to a securely fenced yard from your home?
Are you planning to take some time off to let puppy adjust to the her new people and place? Puppies are not ready to spend their days in a crate, can cause major anxiety and behavior issues. [ It's a rule of 3-3-3 : 3 days to dissanitize, 3 weeks to adjust, 3 months to feel completey comfortble. Let me know what your plans are please.]Type a question
Care of Your Dog

Please make sure to do reaearch or ask breeder about Mudi-care! It is somewhat diferent from some of the popular breeds- care.
How much are you willing to spend for emergency veterinary care for your puppy?
Do you intend to take out pet insurance for your puppy? Mudi being an active dog, I highly reccomend basic injury and sickness insurance.
Are you willing to pay for basic health testings like eyes, elbow, hip and patella? (These tests should be done as puppies get older. This is not mandatory if puppy is not for breeding purposes stated in the contract. Highly suggest patella at age 1 if dog will be doing sports. Other tests can be done as dog turns 2 years old. Helps with sport and breeding plans if applicable) Please explain.
Where will you keep your puppy at night?
Where will your puppy stay while you on vacation or at work?
What is your preference when it comes to the gender and color of the puppy? Color pick is not guaranteed. Temperament of the puppy needs to meet your needs before color. Breeder also does not guarantee final size of the puppy.
Any additional comments that would help me decide which, if any, of the puppies would be a good fit for you?
Would you consider becoming a guardian home for a puppy? [very few puppies might be candidates to further the bloodline and would require your cooperation in breeding]
Breeder requires that you stay in touch with her throughout the puppy's lifespam. Submit a photo and video at least 1x per every 6 months to make sure the puppy is doing well. Any more frequent contact with Breeder is greatly appreciated. Are you willing to keep in touch?
Do you understand that filling out this form and signing it will not automatically means you are getting a puppy? Part of the final decission made by the Breeder based on a video chat, photos of your place provided and deposit put down to hold the puppy.

Litter choice:
Deposits and Final sales come with a contract and the puppy comes with a health guarantee. All puppies are fully vaccinated, registered with AKC and UKC and microchipped. Puppies get basic training and proper socialization. Parents are health tested, including dna.

Deposits can be transfered to a new litters within 18 months of deposit made. Avarage litter per year is 2.
