OnDMand Auto Detailing

OnDMand seeks to provide the best complete mobile detailing experience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and point out some of the policies that we have. We hope you find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our detailing services.

We will be offering in shop or mobile services for the best convenience to our customers. You may drop off vehicle at the shop, but we will also be offering pick up and drop off, for an additional fee. 

*This form must be filled out to book appointment.*

• We require a 48-hour notice to cancel any booked detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee. 
• Customer has the right to change date/time once at no fee. 
• We have the right to refuse services if customer has canceled or reschedule multiple times.
• Customers are responsible for removing any personal items before any services. (Jewelry, electronics, money, clothing, car seats etc...) 
• We have the right to alter booking or booking in accordance to whether condition and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
• All dropped off vehicles must be picked up after service is done, most services take up to 3hrs. OnDMand recommends to schedule wisely due to having vehicles back to back or sometimes you may be the only schedule for the day. If you're unable to pick up your vehicle right after your service is done, we will be leaving your vehicle outside of the shop for you to pick it up at your earliest convenience. ( This will be at your own risk. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle.) 
• We will contact you the day before to confirm scheduled appointment and make sure weather is permitting us to work. (This applies for mobile detailing service only.)

P r i c e s : 

*Payment methods: Cash or Cash-App ONLY.

Basic wash: Exterior wash and full through vacuum. 

Basic Plus Package: Exterior wash, full interior wipe down including windows, and full through vacuum.

Full detail package: Exterior wash, full interior wipe down including windows, steam cleaning, full through vacuum, headliner cleaning, full seat and carpet shampooing or leather cleaning and conditioning. 

Small Vehicle: Any 2 or 4 door car.

Medium Vehicle: Any 4 door smaller SUV's with (NO 3 seater.) 

Large Vehichle: Any trucks or larger SUV's (3 seaters or more.)

*Prices can vary depending how dirty the vehicle is.*
