Mahalo for your interest in speaking at the 2023 Small Business Summit, which is scheduled for April 22-24, 2024 at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. We look forward to reviewing your submission! Please note the following:
- Although hosted by NHOA, the Business Summit is intended to reach an audience must broader than just the NHO community. The Business Summit targets the entire federal contracting community (federal contractors, government agencies, service providers).
- In general, our attendees fall in to one of these categories:
- Small and large businesses engaged in Federal contracting (at the prime or sub level) or interested in learning more about Federal contracting.
- Representatives of government agencies
- Service providers (to Federal contractors)
- Subject matter experts (on a variety of topics related to Federal contracting).
- Presentations should therefore appeal to Federal contractors (at any level).
- Presentations must be educational. We understand that our speakers wish to network with attendees and showcase their services, but we kindly ask that your presentation not be a sales pitch.
- If accepted, the Speaker commits to attend the event in-person and submit their slide deck (if utilizing one) in a timely manner. Speaker also consents to NHOA's use and distribution of the slide deck to Business Summit attendees.
- If accepted, the Speaker will be provided with complimentary registration for the entire Business Summit (April 22-24, 2024). All speakers are responsible for their own travel costs, including lodging.
The deadline to submit Speaker Proposal Forms is 5:00 p.m. Hawaii Time December 31, 2023.
