I give permission for my child/ren to attend an Excursion to the Sherwood State School FONA (Friends of Nature Area) as part of planned programming throughout 2024. I understand that OSHC will be walking to FONA (approximately 5-minute walk from the Old Hall). There will be an average Educator to child ratio of 1:10. A Risk Assessment is available for viewing at the OSHC office. Children will need to wear a sun smart hat, have applied sunscreen and be wearing closed in shoes during this excursion. Insect repellant is available for children susceptible to bites.
