Delivery Tribe has one major pre-requisite and it is that Restaurants are signed up with Yumbi. It is through Yumbi that the customer's address is validated against mapping providers and converted into a GPS co-ordinate before the order is placed. If you are not already ringing up all your Deliveries through Yumbi, then please ensure you sign up.

Protection Of Personal Information (POPI)
The personal information you provide on this form will be stored on Jotforms’ servers. It will be used by Cosoft to email your quote to you, phone you to arrange the installation or ask for more information in order for us to quote or to send a technician to your site. It may also be used to SMS you on important progress updates. This information is deleted after 12 months, but a copy of it will continue to exist as a record on Cosoft’s other internal systems. None of this information will ever be shared with a 3rd party unless we need to in order to execute our operations. Examples of this are sharing information with integrators such as FNB for your Pinpad or Delivery Tribe for your driver application. Your information will not be sold or shared or used by 3rd parties for the purposes of marketing campaigns.

Why do i need Wi-Fi Range extender?

Your phones need to connect to the store’s wi-fi when in the store so that they can download updates and so that we can log into them in a situation where you need technical assistance. You will also need wi-fi to register your google account and to download the Deliveree software. The simcards that Cosoft supply are locked down to prevent unauthorised use, so you cannot use simcards for the initial setup and for remote support. Cosoft can supply you with a wi-fi extender that will extend your internet to the driver station wirelessly.

Note: Wi-Fi extenders typically cost a few hundred rand.

Driver's Smartphone Options

Each driver will have their own Smartphone. They will be taking them on all deliveries, even those paid by cash. Therefore you need enough smartphones for each driver to have their own one on your busiest shift of the month.

The devices you use will have to support the following:
- Android v8 or newer (iPhone not supported).
- A 3000Mah battery.
- Preferably dual sim.
