Batch Messaging allows you to send SMS messages to patients at scale, for example contacting a cohort of patient for flu vaccinations, or contacting a group of patients based on last issued medication. What am I signing up for below?

We're pleased to offer you free access to our Batch SMS messaging & AccuBook functionality for 6 months, we only ask that you cover the associated SMS Fragment costs. This form below sets out the T&Cs and sets up your direct debit to pay for SMS fragments. As you may know, SMS messages are made up of fragments and, on average, each SMS message is made up of 2.3 fragments, but this is dependent on the content of the message. The price of fragments is determined by our suppliers and one fragment costs £0.0225 plus VAT if paying via Direct Debit and £0.0235 plus VAT if not paying by Direct Debit. SMS costs
I understand that as part of this Batch Messaging Pilot, I am responsible for paying for SMS fragments. SMS costs are calculated based on fragment usage, where a fragment is 160 characters of text and on average, one Accurx text is made up of 2.3 fragments, but this is dependent on the content of the message. SMS Costs are payable for SMS Fragments sent the previous calendar month at 2.25p plus VAT per fragment when paid by Direct Debit and 2.35p plus VAT per fragment if not paid by Direct Debit. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are an authorised signatory and are able to agree these payment terms on behalf of the purchaser under this contract.*

The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit GC re Accurx Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request GC re Accurx Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request
- If an errors is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by GC re Accurx Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GC re Accurx Ltd asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
