Dashboard Restore Verifier Form
This form is only meant for restoring your verifiers. Kindly complete the form, and we will respond to your request within 3-5 business days. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Step 1: Input your Dashboard Details

We require some details about your account before we restore them
Dashboard Email*
The email address associated with your dashboard account
Organization Name*
The organization that your verifiers are linked to
Step 2: Create a project for your verifiers

A project's client ID is required to restore your verifiers within these projects
You are required to create a project with the same environment as the verifier that you would like to restore. Once done, you would need to copy and paste the client ID of your project below.

If you are unsure how to create a project, you can check out this guide
Specify the project(s) where you would like your verifier(s) to be restored into*
If you intend to restore multiple verifiers within the same project, please enter the client ID and name of each verifier in the following format: Project Client ID: Verifier Name1 / Verifier Name2 / Verifier Name3.
Note: Your verifiers will be restored within the projects of the same environment that you have created. If you wish to rearrange them, you are able to move verifiers to another project after restoration.
