Fill out this form for each team from your school. You will receive an e-mail with the summary of this form and a link to print out copies to provide to opposing council for each round of competition.

Important rules to remember when filling out your Daily Sheet:
- Per Rule 3.2: Each team must have two or three attorneys, three witnesses, and a timekeeper. Teams may have up to two alternates, and a courtroom artist. Alternates will be considered inactive participants and will be treated as spectators for the round.
- Per Rule 3.3: Team attorneys are to divide their speaking duties evenly. Opening statements and closing arguments must be delivered by different attorneys. The attorney assigned to examine a particular witness is the only person who will ask questions of that witness or make objections to the opposing attorney’s questions of the witness. All witnesses must take the stand.
