1.These terms and conditions are an agreement between Primal Mentality CIC and the client(s). Payments will be taken for providing hikes (whether one-on-one, couple or group sessions).
2.All payments for sessions must be made in advance, at least 14 days prior to the event (in the event of a last minute booking, payments must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event). Payments must be made via Bank Transfer, cash is accepted.
3. If payment is not made within the 2 week timescale, without prior arrangement, your booked event will be cancelled.
4. If clients are unable to attend events then Primal Mentality CIC must be notified in advance (this is typically 7 working days in advance). If clients are unable to attend events and Primal Mentality CIC is not given reasonable notice or without reasonable reason, then the cost of the event will be charged in full.
5. If clients are unable to continue with the event due to reasons of a serious nature such as a serious medical/personal issue or bereavement of a close family member then the cost for any event will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
6. If for any reason Primal Mentality CIC is unable to continue with the event or if Primal Mentality CIC ceases operation then the cost for any event will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
7. In the event of a cancelled event, Primal Mentality CIC is not responsible for any loss in relation to costs the client may have incurred, when arranging the event.
8. Clients are expected to be on time for events as any late arrivals may cause issues with pre agreed travel times.
9. Clients are expected to give full attention during events.
10. Any medical conditions or disabilities are expected to be explained in full to the event leader and noted in the medical questionnaire form (this will be completed at the initial/consultation stage) so reasonable action/precautions may be taken.
11. If any deposit is made for the event then deposit will be taken at consultation (deposit price to be agreed between client and Primal Mentality CIC). The deposit is to confirm session slots and the amount will be deducted from the remainder of the event amount.
12. Deposits are non refundable, however can be moved to another date if one is available.
13. These terms are to be read and understood by client in full and are a contractual agreement between client and Primal Mentality CIC.
14. Abuse of any sort towards Primal Mentality CIC staff and there clients will not be tolerated and in doing so, your booking will be cancelled and the full price of the event will be chargeable.
