Creatives Indigenous by Native Max takes creative Indigenous entrepreneurs from the starting line to start-up status and beyond through an array of accelerator programs and more. With a reputable history of working directly with Native entrepreneurs all across Turtle Island, the Creatives Indigenous team is excited to announce their sixth cohort in partnership with Creative Startups and the U.S. Embassy of New Zealand to connect with the Maori people of Aotearoa to put their creativity at the forefront of the international market.
This program is for Indigenous-owned or led startups, primarily for whānau, hapū, iwi and Māori led businesses; with a few limited spots for US-based Indigenous business owners and Alum.
This course will be personally led by Native Max founder, Kelly Holmes and Native Realities founder, Dr Lee Francis.
In the challenge, you'll work and connect with world-class Native business mentors, collaborate with a cohort of like-minded Native creatives, and engage in an intensive, hands-on program.
The outcome? You'll get the expertise to:
Hone in on a business idea
Make a sustainable business plan
Launch into new markets (local and world-wide)
Get the perfect pitch to raise financing
Find mission-aligned investors
Connect with a network of like-minded entrepreneurial experts and collaborators
As Indigenous people, we operate best and thrive within communities of support, which is why we cultivate spaces for creative Indigenous entrepreneurs— a safe place where they can be open and supportive of each other and their business ideas. Creative Indigenous Entrepreneurs who participate in our program can also personalize their learning journeys with coaching, 1:1 mentorships, group Q&A sessions, and more!
TOI TUKUA WILL START IN FEBRUARY 2024.
