Coaches, please utilize this form to nominate coxswains from your program for the USRowing U19 and U23 high performance camps. Coxswains who receive nominations should be top performers from their home programs and have the potential to represent the US in international competition for summer 2025. U19 Coxswains who do not meet the high-performance criteria outlined below may be considered for other USRowing summer camps (U19 Selection Development and Pathways Development). By submitting a nomination, you are indicating that this athlete has the skills to represent the US in international competition. Please use the following guidelines when assigning your athlete a ranking: 1 - This athlete is the top coxswain (or close to it) in my program but still has development to do. 3 - This athlete is the top coxswain in my program and in the top 25 in the country. 5 - This athlete is the top coxswain in my program and in the top 6 in the country.

Coxswains who display outstanding (5) trust skills have the ability to be both coach and teammate at the same time. They know what information to share with their crew while also understanding that they are often privy to extra information from the coach that may or may not need to be passed on to the rowers in their boat. Trustworthy coxswains know how to walk that balance and are always professional.
