You can apply for enrollment in the Senior Research Fellowship Program ONLY;

• if you have successfully completed the JRFP program from EIPRHR with a minimum grade of 7 or above
• OR if you have not completed JRFP, but passed the exam and willing to migrate to Senior Research Fellowship Program (SRFP). Migration from JRFP to SRFP is only accepted when recommendation by administration is received by the candidate.
• if you have No criminal record or pending case(s) in the court of trial.

You can not apply for enrollment in the Senior Research Fellowship Program,

• if you have not completed JRFP or received GPA lesser than 7.00 
• If you are willing to migrate from JRFP to SRFP but not received a recommendation/approval from the administration.
• If you have any type of criminal record or pending case(s) in the court of trial.

If you qualify the above eligibility criteria listed in GREEN, you are eligible to fill this screening-cum Application form.

Guidelines before Filling the Form:-

1. Candidate should provide all information and documents requested in this form.
2. Application Centre opend for few selected / nominated candidates on 1st November 2024 and will close until Central European Time (CET -Brussels Time)- 23.00 hrs. ( 11.00 p.m.) on Thursday, 17th November 2024.
3. 17th November, 2024, 2:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET -Brussels Time) is the deadline for paying the program Fee.
4. Please submit all answers in English ONLY.
5. Incomplete form will not be reviewed.
6. Fill out this form only once to avoid duplication..
7. Please note down safely the 12 digits alphanumeric Research Publication Agreement  ID ( shown below) which you will be required for future correspondence with us.)
8. After Submission of the Form; within 24 hrs., a confirmation email will be sent.

1. I am filling this form to enroll in the Senior Research Fellowship Program ( SRFP) at European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR).

2. I have visited related webpages, links including the program Policy to gain complete information and I am fully aware with related rules and regulations. I consent the following-

i.) That I have no criminal record.
ii.) I have provided the correct information in this form.
iii.) That I will complete my program and Internship tenure with dedication and ethically.
iv.) I have paid the Program/Certification fee for Research Fellowship Program (RFP) successfully and proof of payment is attached with this form.
v.) If I am enrolled and my enrollement number is issued, at this stage, I will not seek a refund of my paid certification-cum- administrative fee .

 Consent related to EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

I, the applicant, consent to the processing of my personal information by the institute as specified below-

1. I, the applicant, hereby provide my consent to the processing of my personal information, which I have disclosed herein to the organisation EUROPEAN INSTITUTE OF POLICY RESEARCH AND HUMAN RIGHTS (hereinafter the “EIPRHR”), by

(a) the EIPRHR for the purpose of (i) enrolling and registering me in the aforesaid program of online study

(b) and (ii) communicating, either by post, telephone, email or any other way, with me regarding any services, offers and notification at a later stage (hereinafter collectively the “Admission Purpose”);
and/or

2. I acknowledge that in the event that I, the applicant, do not wish to be contacted further by the EIPRHR, I may at any time inform the EIPRHR in accordance with the available communication methods.

3. For the avoidance of any doubt, the following apply:-

i. Any information and data provided herein by the applicant to the EIPRHR and which will be used for the performance of the Admission Purpose shall at all times be identified, clearly marked and recorded by the EIPRHR as the personal data of the applicant.

ii. All personal data acquired from the applicant pursuant to this form shall be solely used by the EIPRHR for the performance of the Admission Purpose and shall not be further processed or disclosed to any third party without the consent of the applicant unless this is required and/or allowed pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data and/or the provisions of the applicable local legislation in relation to the protection of personal data (as amended from time to time) and/or the provisions of any other applicable legislation.

iii. The applicant has been notified of his/her rights in relation to his/her data contained herein. The aforesaid rights are outlined analytically in the Privacy Notice of the EIPRHR a copy of which the applicant has received and which is also available at http://eiprhr.org/Privacy-and-Cookie-Policy/   . For the avoidance of any doubt the applicant hereby confirms that the applicant is fully aware of his/her rights in relation to his/her data contained herein.

4. How long the personal information is kept:

i.) Once a candidate completes the program and receives the certificate of the program for which a student was enrolled; all personal data including submitted documents will completly be erased from the system automatically and a confirmation will be sent during the delivery of the certificate.

ii.) In the case where a candidate does not complete the program due to any reason or leaves the program in the middle without any information; in such event all personal data including submitted documents will completly be erased from the system after the program is over. No communication of confirmation will be sent in this event,

iii.) In the case where a candidate is suspended due to a disciplinary action ordered by the disciplianry committee; in such event all personal data including submitted documents will completly be erased from the system soon after the order of the discipliary committe comes in the force to execute the disciplianary action. No communication of confirmation will be sent in this event.

PUBLICATION AGREEMENT

1. The candidate ( the author) agrees and authoizes EIPRHR to publish the research paper formulated during the SRFP program on its DSpace Open Access repository, portal and by any other means, with any of the following access options:

• Open access for all readers
• Access for all readers authorised by EIPRHR

2. By signing this agreement, the author hereby concludes the publication agreement with EIPRHR.

Corporate Email Usage Policy

1. Policy brief & purpose

EIPRHR’s corporate/organizational email usage policy helps students/employees use their official email addresses appropriately. Email is essential to our everyday communications related to job and study. We want to ensure that our students and employees understand the limitations of using their corporate email accounts.

Our goal is to protect our confidential data from breaches and safeguard our reputation and technological property.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all members, students, interns, employees, vendors and partners who are assigned (or given access to) a corporate email. This email may be assigned to an individual (e.g. name@eiprhr.org ) or department (e.g. hr@eiprhr.org )

3. Policy elements
Corporate emails are powerful tools that help students/ employees in their jobs or study related communications. Students/Employees should use their official email primarily for work-related purposes. However, we want to provide student/employees with some freedom to use their emails for personal reasons.

We will define below what constitutes appropriate and inappropriate use.

4. Inappropriate use of corporate / official email
Our students/employees represent our institute/organization whenever they use their official email address. They must not:

1. Sign up for illegal, unreliable, disreputable or suspect websites and services.
2. Send unauthorized marketing content or solicitation emails.
3. Register for a competitor’s services unless authorized.
4. Send insulting or discriminatory messages and content.
5. Send messages containing files/contents coming in scope of a criminal activity
6. Intentionally spam other people’s emails, including their coworkers.
7. Sign up for making social media accounts or private domain email accounts (example: gmail, yahoo etc.)
8. Any posting made on third party websites/portals/ review websites where the email id used for posting or review purposes.
9. As per Institute’s protocol, Institute has the right to monitor and archive corporate/official emails.

5. Appropriate use of corporate/official email
Students/ Employees are allowed to use their official email for study/work-related purposes without limitations. For example, employees can use their email to:

1. Communicate with current or prospective customers and partners.
2. Log in to purchased software they have legitimate access to.
3. Give their email address to people they meet at conferences, career fairs or other corporate events for business purposes.
4. Sign up for newsletters, platforms and other online services that will help them with their jobs or professional growth.
5. Students can communicate with their professors or fellow students for study purpose communication
6. Students can communicate with other institutions, organizations if it is going to help them in advancement of their subject knowledge or advancement of career.

6. Personal use
Students / Employees are allowed to use their official email for some personal reasons. For example, student/employees can use their official email to:

1. Register for classes or meetups.
2. Send emails to friends and family as long as they don’t spam or disclose confidential information.
3. Download ebooks, guides and other content for their personal use as long as it is safe and appropriate.

Students / Employees must adhere to this policy at all times, in addition to our confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

7. Email security
Email is often the medium of hacker attacks, confidentiality breaches, viruses and other malware. These issues can compromise our reputation, legality and security of our equipment.

Students/ employees must:

• Remember passwords instead of writing them down and keep them secret.

Also, Students/ employees should always be vigilant to catch emails that carry malware or phishing attempts. We instruct Students/ employees to:

1. Avoid opening attachments and clicking on links when content is not adequately explained (e.g. “Watch this video, it’s amazing.”)
2. Be suspicious of clickbait titles.
3. Check email and names of unknown senders to ensure they are legitimate.
4. Look for inconsistencies or style red flags (e.g. grammar mistakes, capital letters, excessive number of exclamation marks.)

If an Students/ employees isn’t sure that an email they received is safe, they can ask our dedicated Department of Information Technology by writing an email to it@eiprhr.org 

• We remind our Students/ employees to keep their systems/mobile phone’s anti-malware programs updated.

8. Disciplinary action
Students/ employees who don’t adhere to the present policy will face disciplinary action up to and including termination. Example reasons for termination are:

1. Using a corporate email address to send confidential data without authorization.
2. Sending offensive or inappropriate emails to our customers, colleagues or partners.
3. Using a corporate email for an illegal activity or an act that constitute a scope of a criminal activity.

Undertaking-

1. I have read the above policy, please issue my email ID.
2. I promise to fully abide by the same without failure.
3. I am fully aware that I will undergo an appropriate legal action if I violate the terms and conditions of this policy.

 

I declare the following; that-

1. I am participating in 8 weeks' online Senior Research Fellowship Program (SRFP) and I am fully aware that "No stipend" will be paid during or post completion of Internship tenure.
2. I will complete my Program and Internship tenure ethically and as per the rules, regulations of the institute defined under program policies. In case of any violation of rules and regulation, my enrollment as a participant / intern will be cancelled immediately and IN FUTURE, I will no longer be eligible for any program/ Internship / Job with European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR).
3. If I do not complete the program or internship OR leave the program or internship without information before expiry of the program or internship tenure, OR expelled by European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) due to unethical practice / misbehavior OR any act of indiscipline OR violation of any rule; or in any circumstances which discontinues the program or internship before its completion; in this circumstances EIPRHR will not issue the "Certificate of Senior Research Fellowhip" or Certificate of Internship Completion (CIC)" and I will be sole responsible for creating such circumstances of disconnect. In such circumstances, I will not seek a refund of my paid certification-cum- administrative fee .
4. I will return all returnable document(s) /Intellectual Property(ies), if any , post completion of program / internship tenure and will not circulate /distribute or post electronically on website(s) or preserve copy(ies) of any such document(s) without prior permission of authorities of European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR).
5. Only on successful completion of SRFP with Internship program; European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) will issue E-certificate of program / internship completion.
6. I will abide by the instructions of my program coordinator and internship supervisor alongwith the rules and regulations of study program / Internship as mentioned by European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR).
