FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

Because NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING is in-home boarding, we cannot free feed any boarding pets. With multiple pets in the house including resident pets , it is not practical and not safe to have food sitting around. Therefore, pets will be fed two times daily (special exceptions can be arranged for three times a day feedings for puppies and kittens and medical reasons) dogs are given between 20 minutes to an hour to eat their food and are fed in their own room.

we do not provide food for pets while they are at our home. We believe that it is best for pets to remain on their diet. Please bring enough food for your pets entire stay. It is recommended to bring additional food just in case your pet stays longer than intended. By initialing here, you also agree that if your pet runs out of food while being boarded, that NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING Has permission to go to the store and buy additional food. The receipt will be provided to you upon your return. You will be responsible for the cost of the food plus a $25 inconvenience fee. (Initial)

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING will sometimes use pictures or video of the pets that stay with us for promotional use on our website or printed materials. Please initial if you agree to the terms below. I hereby grant NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING permission to use my pets likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. WAIVER Owner agrees to conform to and be bound by the policies and procedures of NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING. Owner agrees to pay the rates that are in effect at the time my pet is under the care of NWI PAWS DOG & Car BOARDING. Owner is aware that extra charges may be incurred and agrees to pay them at the time of pick up. Owner has provided to the best of their knowledge that information provided is both accurate and true. Owner has read and understands and agrees to the NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING In-home pet boarding application and agreement. Owner understands that these policies and procedures may be amended at any time. In the event of failure of the owner or owners pet to conform to such rules, NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING shall have the right to discontinue such rates of owners pet to access NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING services. I understand that NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING well exercise all due diligence and care in the guardianship of my pets. I hear by wave and release NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING, its employees, owners and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for illness ,injury, damage, or death. Including that which may result from the action of any dog including my own, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while my pet is in the care of NWI PAWS DOG &Cat BOARDING. On behalf of myself in any and all owners of this pet, I have read and agree to the terms of this contract. NWI PAWS Dog & Cat BOARDING POLICIES our home has limited space and is frequently at 100% occupancy. This forces us to turn potential borders away. When clients pick up their pets early, cancel reservations, or change reservations without adequate notice (at least 7 days in advance) , It is frequently too late for us to fill the space that we reserved for them because the borders that we turned away have already made other arrangements. This causes us to lose income. Due to the loss of revenue as a result of no-shows, untimely cancellations, schedule changes, and early pick ups we have implemented the following policies. non refundable deposit 1. A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of your boarding stay is required to secure your spot. Nonrefundable deposits can be paid in person or by mail.or PayPal. If paying in person you may use cash or check. If paying by mail please only send a check or money order. The nonrefundable deposit will count towards your total bill The remaining balance is due at the time of drop off. CANCELLATIONS 2. If you cancel your reservation with less than seven days before your first day of boarding, you have forfeited your nonrefundable deposit.3. If you cancel your reservation more than seven days before your first day of boarding, your deposit will be credited to your account for future stays. NO SHOWS 4. If your boarding drop off day comes and you are a no-show with no contract, you have forfeited your deposits. SCHEDULED CHANGES 5. If you need to adjust your boarding dates, please contact us, if we have availability on the new dates we can change the dates for boarding. If we are unavailable for the new boarding dates and you have to cancel your reservation, the cancellation policy above applies. EARLY PICKUP 6. If you pick up your pet before your scheduled pick up date, you will not be refunded for any unused days. We have reserved those days for your pet and have not given them to others. Abandonment 7. Any pet that is not called for within (3) days of scheduled pick up time, and the owner/agent does not notify NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING Of extended boarding, she’ll be deemed abandoned. 8. We shall rehome or deliver to a humane shelter/rescue group any pets that are abandoned publicly, privately, or otherwise. NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING shall have, and is here by granted, a lien on the pet for any and all unpaid charges and the owner or agent shall remain liable for complete boarding fees as well as other charges incurred in the care, maintenance, and rehoming of said pet NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING May exercise its lean rights upon the first day of abandonment. The owner specifically waves all statutory or legal rights to the contrary. I understand and agree to comply with NWI PAWS DOG & Cat BOARDING boarding policy stated above. (Initial)
