ACRA’s Contact Address Regime
ACRA has implemented a new Contact Address regime, under which a contact address, rather than your residential address, will be shown in ACRA’s public records.
Please note that all official correspondence from ACRA will still be sent to your residential address, which remains a mandatory submission for record-keeping purposes. If you opt to use a contact address:
- It must be a valid address where you can be contacted
- It must be within the same jurisdiction as your residential address
- P.O. Box addresses are not permitted
