TRANSPORTATION
There is no transportation fee for events held within Taal and some Lemery location. But outside of this location their will be a travel charge added.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer equalling 50% of the total (price/percentage of the retainer may vary depending on the agreement of both parties) is required to secure a rental and guarantee an event date.
DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the 50% retainer shall be forfeited and the event will be cancelled. Any event cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of the 50% retainer. No exceptions will apply.
AUDIO GUESTBOOK
Edited Audio recordings will be given within seven (7) working days after the event.
Memorabilia Mirror
The client will be liable for any damages ( minor or major) that may happen to the product within the rental period.
Minor damage e.g. (Cracked mirror & noticeable scratch)
Major damage e.g. (Broken mirror)
Once the final sticker layout is placed in the mirror, there will no be alterations anymore. If the client wants to add or replace something, it will be subject for extra charges.
