    Thank you for your interest in helping at our Christmas Fair. We really appreciate the vital help offered by all of our amazing volunteers! Stall allocation, timings for the day and all other details will be sent to you prior to our event on 7th December. Complimentary tea & coffee will be offered to you during your allocated time on your stall which will be brought directly to you so you don't have to leave your station.

  • Important Information!

    It's really important that after making your offer of help you definitely turn up on the day. This helps to make the day successful, run smoothly and be less stressful for organisers trying to replace you at the last minute.

    The success of each stall depends on you our volunteers. Please let us know in good time if you can no longer be there to help.

    Of course, if you have an emergency then we completely understand.

  • The volunteering times are divided into hourly slots which will be:

    12-1pm, 1-2pm and 2-3pm.

    In addition to the above times - we also need people setting up and especially clearing away at the end.

    If we do not have enough volunteers to cover all slots we would need you to be flexible, if possible, and offer as much time as you can give, this may mean staying on a stall for 2 hours (maximum) or maybe swapping after the first hour to a different stall, or even manning 2 small stalls. In extreme circumstances and as a last resort we may have to close down any unmanned stalls.

  • We try our utmost to accommodate all requests and you will still get time to enjoy the fair with family.
