Introduction
- The creation of the network is the initiative of the Archdiocese of Southwark and is in the early stages of being established. The Archdiocese of Westminster and Diocese of Brentwood are in support of the initiative.

Why and how we process your data
- You have provided your personal data for the use of the Catholic Young London network. This data will only be processed in connection with this purpose. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, as provided by submitting the form.
- By submitting the form below, you consent for your data to be shared with those running the network and to be contacted by the organisers from time to time using the contact information that you have provided.
Who do we share your data with
- To facilitate the hosting and management of the Catholic Young London network website, your personal data will be shared with the Catholic Youth Ministry Federation (CYMFED) who will be responsible for hosting and maintaining the site. CYMFED will process your data solely on behalf of the Southwark Catholic Youth Service and only for the purposes outlined in this notice.
Both Southwark Catholic Youth Service and CYMFED are committed to ensuring that your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR requirements. CYMFED will not use your data for any other purpose and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
- Your data will be processed by third party data processors for purposes such as email, web hosting and storage, these companies will process or store your information on our behalf. We ensure all processors acting on our behalf act in accordance with this privacy notice.
By submitting the form below, you consent to your data being processed and shared as described above.
How long do we retain your data
- Your data will be retained for as long as you remain a member of the network or until you request its deletion.
