  • Which days are you planning to attend BSG LIVE'24?*

    If needed, select the most appropriate means of transport that you require support for: economy train or bus/coach within the UK or flights if Northern Ireland or Scotland (booked at least 3 months in advance), with a view to minimise costs.

    The mileage rate is 40p per mile.

    Receipted parking costs.

  • Please ensure your total sum is no more than £500. You must equate the total of your accomodation, registration and travel.

    • Reimbursements will be made after the BSG LIVE’24 event and only upon submission of my expense claim with valid receipts
    • Claims with valid receipts must be submitted by the 22nd July 2024 and will be paid directly to me on the 22nd August 2024. 
    • Late claims, submitted after the 22nd July 2024 may not be paid and are subject to the discretion of Tillotts Pharma UK. 
    • Successful applicants will be contacted with further information in order to progress their application, which will include a contract, within 10 days
