2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC)

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the BSA's premier national event for its Order of the Arrow members with between 6,000 - 8,000 Arrowmembers participating from across the country. It is held every two years at a major university with conference activities that include innovative leadership development, competitive and spirited programming, fellowship and nightly inspirational shows.
The on-campus program at the Univ of Colorado Boulder will take place between Monday, July 29 and Saturday, August 3 and the Pennacook exclusive adventures will be from August 3 - August 10. These side trips will include hiking & camping at Philmont Scout Ranch and in the Rocky Mountains National Park, plus visits to Native American museums and sites, a tour of the US Air Force Academy (pending), and some chill adventures like whitewater rafting. Final itinerary of side trips, other than camping at Philmont and the Rocky Mountains, are still to be determined.
Arrowmembers in the Pennacook Lodge delegation will fly out of Boston to Denver on Sunday, July 28, spend two weeks in Colorado and New Mexico, and return home by flying Denver to Boston on Saturday, August 10. The price is all inclusive with the NOAC fee itself, roundtrip airfare, all meals, side trips, camp sites, Pennacook sportswear, gear and exclusive, collectable patches.
Total cost: $2,850 per person, (youth and adult)
· Beginning December 1 - $100 non-refundable deposit due with contingent registration (to reserve delegate spot)
· January 15 - payment #2 due of $800 to secure airline tickets
· March 1 - payment #3 due of $500
· April 20 - payment #4 due of $800
· June 1 - payment #5 due (balance of total fee due, less any earned scholarships)
Adult Members interested in attending must first contact Tom Markham, Lodge Adviser, before registering as certain eligibility criteria will apply for adult attendees, including Philmont physical health requirements. Adults are also welcome to attend NOAC as event staff independent of the Lodge Contingent and/or may attend NOAC for the conference week only and paying only the national fee, airline and lodge gear costs. These options can be reviewed when reaching out to the Lodge Adviser.
