REQUEST FORM for TCC PRIVATE EVENTS Logo
  • REQUEST FORM FOR TCC PRIVATE PERFORMANCES

Thank you for your interest in having members of the TCC perform for your event. Please read and complete the information below. A TCC staff member will reply once a decision is made regarding our availability for your event.
  • All requests for TCC performing groups are considered on a first come, first served basis and are considered only when adequate singers and musicians are available to provide a first-rate experience.

  • GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT TCC PRIVATE PERFORMANCES

  • TCC ensembles are rarely available to perform during normal weekday business hours since most of our volunteer singers work during this time.

A tuned and well-regulated acoustic piano [or a comparable and adequate electronic keyboard] is required for every TCC outside event (see all requirements below). If TerraVox, the predominately a cappella ensemble, is requested, there may be some flexibility regarding this need. However, a sound system is always a requirement.

TCC requests all appearances be at or very near the beginning of the event. Typical performances range in approximately 10-20 minutes.

TCC does not provide background music for events.

TCC asks that food not be served during the performance. TCC expects a quiet and respectful audience for all events.

TCC only sings outdoors when proper amplification is provided (see Technical Needs below) and only under acceptable weather conditions.

TCC and its ensembles have a standard repertoire of music available, suitable for most occasions. We are unable to create customized programs for specific topics or events.

Full-length concerts that involve the full chorale are not available for events outside our normal season.
