  • Please select two possible weeks(Mondays) you would like your pool opened. Openings are scheduled on a first come first scheduled basis and we make no guarantees that the dates chosen will be available.  You will be contacted appoximately 1 week before opening to set an exact date and time.  If a date is not selectable, the week is fully booked.

    1. Customer is responsible for having all required equipment available to FireMaster employees. Including but not limited to:
      1. Return eyeballs
      2. Pump and filter plugs
      3. Skimmer basket
      4. Failure to provide required equipment will result in additional charge for items if they are stocked on service vehicle. If they are not stocked, service will have to be rescheduled.
    2. FireMaster employees will not enter garages, sheds, etc. to look for equipment without permission from the customer.
    3. Unless instructed otherwise, FireMaster will leave the following items in these locations:
      1. Folded cover, skimmer plug, return plug air pillow
        1. Placed by back door of home.
    4. If the water level is below the skimmer FireMaster will not be able to run pump to verify there are no leaks in plumbing.
      1. FireMaster employees will not wait for pool to fill.  If we must return to fix leaks, customer will be charged a service call.
    5. Pool cover must have all water removed from top.  If water is on top of cover FireMaster will not be able to remove cover or open pool.
      1. Failure to have water removed from cover will result in opening having to be rescheduled.
    6. Customer is responsible for balancing water chemistry after FireMaster opens the pool. FireMaster will not balance water chemistry at time of opening.
      1. Failure to have water chemistry balanced after opening may cause damage to liner, cover, or other components that is not the responsibility of FireMaster.
    7. Unless Deluxe opening is chosen, FireMaster will not vacuum or net pool. Deluxe Opening includes 15 or 30 minutes of cleaning and does not guarantee the pool will be completely clean.
      1. If you would like additional cleaning on pool, this must be noted before scheduling to allow for additional time to be scheduled.
    8. FireMaster will not open the pool if the customer is not home unless payment information has been provided prior to service.
    9. If FireMaster is unable to open the pool because any of the above responsibilities are not met, opening will have to be rescheduled.
      1. Opening will be rescheduled on the next available date and will not take precedence over other scheduled services.
      2. Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to FireMasters current hourly service rate, plus any applicable mileage fees. This charge must be paid prior to rescheduling of service.
    10. Stated price does not include any applicable mileage charges, or additional charges for required equipment.
