EXHIBITOR PASSES

Included in your site fee are a number of free passes based on the total cost of your site:

$641 to $1,350.......4 Passes incl. in site fee
$1,351 and over......6 Passes incl. in site fee

A limited number of additional Exhibitor passes are also available for $35 each (4 day pass) / $20 (Single day pass). These discounted passes are only available for staff members and conditions apply.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY EXHIBITOR PASSES PURCHASED AFTER JUNE 14 (AND DURING BUMP IN / SET UP) WILL BE SOLD AT AN INCREASED RATE OF $45 PER 3 DAY PASS AND $20 PER SINGLE DAY PASS.

Exhibitor Passes will be available for collection from the Expo Info Office at the Nambour Showgrounds from Monday 1st July, 2024.

For parking in the Exhibitor Car Park within the grounds. 1 FREE CAR PASS IS INCLUDED PER SITE BOOKED.

$130 Connection Fee - Exhibitors are required to provide their own 10mtr extension lead with a current safety tag. Food sites and some other equipment sites may be required to pay an additional charge. Please refer to the Exhibitor Handbook for further details.

Thank you for your food stall application for the Queensland Garden Expo 2024.

Food Stall Applications will close on February 19th. Applications will be looked at by the committee as a group and will be allocated from applications received and assessed by the Expo committee. You will be advised on or prior to March 8, 2024, if your application has been successful.
