This form is to be used by all Clubs and Schools for booking:
1. The Northern Reserve
2. The lawn area outside of Oar Cafe.
Rowing SA have a permit for the North Reserve and have specific conditions that need to be adhered with the City of Charles Sturt Council.

Rowing Club Reserve (North Reserve
- The gate needs to be locked at all times.
- 5 trailer bays are available to be booked.
- Trailers cannot remain on the reserve for more than 48 hours.
Please ensure you inform Rowing SA when you require access - as access will not always be possible if not organised prior.

Key Collection:

Contact cnewberry@rowingsa.asn.au to collect the specific key to the area prior to your booking or to organise access to the reserve.

Lawn Area (outside cafe)

This grassed area belongs to Rowing SA and is managed by Rowing SA. It is able to be utilised by members, however, when use of the space is required, we ask that this booked before using it, particularly the use of trailers.

Oar Cafe also use this space for functions and weddings.

This area has a liquor licence attached that is available for functions.
