Award Description:

Applications for the WOMAN OF SPIRIT Award should be submitted to the Chamber on this official form by 1/16/24. Limited supporting documentation may be attached to this form and will be considered. Nominees will be evaluated by past award winners and decision will be based on response to application questions and whether recipient exemplifies the qualities and characteristics associated with a WOMAN OF SPIRIT including:

Judging: This award is judged by past award winners. All winners remain confidential until the awards ceremony.
