Shop Long Beach (Shop LB) program is a citywide initiative to support small businesses and strengthen the local economy by offering customer rewards for shopping at registered Long Beach small businesses. This free program is provided by the City of Long Beach through the Long Beach Center for Economic Inclusion and Localight.

Customers can earn Points by shopping local - at Highlight businesses like yours!

5,000 Points will unlock $20 in LocalCash back, in the Localight app.

LocalCash can be spent exclusively at merchants that have agreed to receive digital payments and deposits. We call these our Spotlight businesses.
ShopLB is all about supporting local businesses here in Long Beach. Any small business in Long Beach can be a Highlight, where customers can earn points towards LocalCash back. But to really get the benefits of this program, you’re invited to become a Spotlight, the places where customers can spend their LocalCash back and earn even more based on their loyalty.
The first step is to confirm your business profile details, which allow customers to earn Points at your business, submit receipts through the Localight app and unlock offers.
