As a student of Concordia University Chicago (CUC), and a member of the larger society, I pledge to uphold an academic honor code which supports serving and leading with strong personal integrity. Specifically this includes not cheating or using inappropriate or dishonest means in the completion of academic requirements. This also includes not giving unauthorized assistance to others. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with this honor system.

Program Requirements

I acknowledge I am enrolling in college-level courses with college-level expectations. All courses and grades received will become part of my permanent college transcript at CUC. If I earn any grade below a “C” (including a “C-“) in a CUC course, I may not be eligible to continue in the program. I understand that I must meet all deadlines and follow the college course schedule which may be different from my institution's schedule in terms of the calendar, as well as days and times of course meetings and final exams. As a program participant, I am accountable for my education and my performance in all CUC courses. I will be an active student participant and take initiative with my academic studies. I will contact my instructor(s) immediately if I do not understand a required assignment or course materials. Time management is an extremely important skill. I will manage my time with my CUC course(s) and other obligations, ensuring that I complete all required assignments before the deadlines as noted on the course syllabus or as communicated by the instructor. I am responsible for confirming the transferability of any CUC courses to whatever college or university I plan to attend in the future. I understand that I must request an official transcript and pay any applicable transcript fees. I understand that my enrollment in an online course requires me to have regular and reliable internet access to participate in the course.
