About the Award
Award Description:

The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is presented to an individual who demonstrates originality, and entrepreneurial spirit in the development of processes, products, or technologies. This award is presented to an individual who has taken risk in business - started a new venture; expanded into a new area; taken on a difficult project. An astute businessperson with a vision for the future, the recipient is someone whose thinking is "outside the box". A nominee must live in Aberdeen or the surrounding region and have had a business in operation for 3 or more consecutive years.

Judging: This award is judged by past award winners. All winners remain confidential until the awards ceremony.

Instructions: Applications for the Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year Award should be submitted to the Chamber on this official form. Supporting documentation may be attached to this form and will be considered. All nominees must presently be a member of the Chamber of Commerce or employed by a member firm. To be considered for the 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year Award you must complete this application and submit it by January 16, 2024.
